Six years of experience in home loans at Supreme Lending and Century Mortgage provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the lending industry, saving and improving credit, navigating the real estate market ups and downs, tapping into home equity, and much more. From there I worked for two Real Estate attorneys at Ackerson & Yann law firm assisting with title work where I learned more about titles, mortgages, public property records, liens against properties, and more. 

In the years to follow I've learned a variety of topics from some experts as well as through books and networking regarding the many ways that people can get financially creative with homes that they own, whether they owe a little or a lot on the house (or houses), and how to handle so many unique situations including foreclosure prevention. 

I can also lend some simple suggestions for home-staging, home repairs, cleaning, and organizing clutter around the house. I am not a real estate agent or lawyer and I do not provide legal advice.
